Welcome to The Health Resource Network, Inc. home page.  We are a non-profit health education organization founded in 1982.  Our offices are located in Sparks, Maryland and our primary mission is to educate people about how to deal with stress.

Annually, we sponsor National Stress Awareness Month, and this coming April (2012) will mark the 20th year in a row that we have sponsored this event.
